Historic Carriage House
We are proud to announce that our Historic Carriage House is now open and accepting reservations. This exclusive adult getaway is a non-smoking private retreat. The Carriage House can accommodate up to six guests. There are two bedrooms with one featuring a rare antique queen bed and one with an equally comfortable double bed.
The eyecatching loft features two single beds with a view of the main floor. There are also two spacious bathrooms and a wonderful kitchen. The main floor also includes a dining area and open sitting area. 
From the patio you can take in a breathtaking view of the lake and property. The Carriage House is privately located behind the plantation house. Relax and unwind in this wonderful piece of southern history.

The dining area is in an open floor plan with the sitting area. Offering plenty of seating for meals and for kicking off those shoes and relaxing. The views pictured here are from the loft.

Reservation And Cancellation Policies
Carriage House Reservation Policy
Requires a full payment deposit plus a $75.00 security deposit by check or money order at time of reservation. Reservations will be held for 5 days, providing time for deposits to be mailed to Rattle And Snap. Reservations must by made a minimum of 3 weeks in advance and full payment must be received at least 1 week before arrival date.Please Remit Deposits To:

Carriage House Cancellation Policy
Requires advance notice of any cancellation. Refunds will be made less a 20% handling fee. The handling fee helps cover preparation costs for our overnight guests.Our policies insure that our limited Carriage House accomodations are enjoyed by our guests and do not remain vacant. Thank you for your consideration and understanding.
