THE BOUTIQUE TOUR
The Red Bedroom
The owners of Rattle and Snap are now offering The Boutique Tour.
Guests will enjoy a privately guided experience given by the owner of Rattle & Snap. The tour can accommodate up to 6 people for a maximum of 2-2 1/2 hours. The cost of The Boutique Tour is $400. Payment must be made a minimum of 2 weeks in advance & a 72 hour notice of cancellation is required for a full refund. No refunds are available for cancellations with less than 72 hours notice.
What You Will See
The downstairs rooms of the mansion & the gardens that are available to the public on other tours are included. In addition, our special guests will wind their way up the main, curved, floating staircase to the second floor. Guests will discover the private rooms & ballroom of George & Sallie Polk & their children. Rattle & Snap is tastefully appointed throughout with the finest period antiques, paintings & furnishings.
Visitors will then descend the middle staircase & enter into the present owners living areas & see the private sitting room, kitchen & dinning room.
Physical Requirements
There are many steep steps to climb. These tours are for our guests who have no difficulty walking, climbing steep stairs & standing for lengths of time.

Reservation and Cancellation Policies / The Group Tour and Guided Tour Reservation Policy
- $30.00 per person.(4 person minimum.) This tour can last aprox. 90 minutes
- You can call in advance to see if you can join another tour if your party has fewer than 4
- Credit Cards NOT EXCEPTED !CASH OR CHECK ONLY
- Requires a full payment deposit by check or money order. Reservations will be held for 5 days, providing time for deposits to be mailed to Rattle And Snap.

The Group Tour Cancellation Policy
Requires advance notice of any group tour cancellation. Refunds will be made less a 20% handling fee. The handling fee helps cover preparation costs for the plantation house.
